With new products dropping into my shops almost weekly, it’s true, that I always have an abundance of layouts to share with you that support the launch of New Products.
However, nestled within those quieter moments, and the rest periods in between New Digital Scrapbook Products being launched, my talented team of creatives are still working their magic with my designs and still continue to tell their stories . . .
These are the layouts that will be showcased in my ‘The Stories We Tell’ posts. The hidden gems that you may not naturally uncover from the digital scrapbook galleries yourself, maybe life became too busy to check into your favourite community and you missed them the first time around, or maybe they got lost in the shuffle as so many other creatives are uploading their wonderful art too and the gallery fills up fast.
I hope you enjoy these inspiring layouts, uncovering the stories my team are telling and maybe they will serve as inspiration to you for scrapbooking themes or give you some fresh page design ideas.
Can you see me? by Gaelle
Gaelle is in the spotlight first and has documented geocaching adventures her son is having. I looked into this briefly before and no idea which website source I used as I couldn’t find anything in my local area but today I have used this Geocaching website and there is actually a LOT in my local area . . . this is something I’d love to do with my two children.
Gaelle based her page design on a ‘scraplift’ where another creatives’ page inspired her, it’s one of the monthly challenges at the LilyPad if you’d like to play along too.
How much energy do these stamped triangles give this exploration themed page? It really adds so much to the storytelling and theme of the photo . . .
This is a beautiful page with reflections on where she is in her life right now and a ‘new look’ for her. Exquisite stacking and layering and use of the ephemera and stamped elements!
Take a peek at this gorgeous page from my collaboration buddy Lynn Grieveson showcasing a new dress that she treated herself to. She used one of her layered templates to help with her page composition and I am just loving the softness of the paint and the subtle painted texture of the background paper which allows her lovely photo to remain the focal point.
A beautiful page celebrating taking special time out to go to dinner . . .
I love how this design is so well supported by the vertical paper shapes yet feels so organic and free with the paints and stamps and botanicals.
Whilst I originally intended to only showcase pages here made with past designs, many of the designs above were crafted with products from the ‘Hear My Voice’ collections.
This line of products are packed with opportunities for pausing and thinking and deeper storytelling and so I think you may love them.
This weekend Lynn and I are so excited to reveal our new release, Hear My Voice 28 ‘Balancing’.
If you’d like to see more page design ideas sit back for a couple of minutes and take a peek at our new You Tube Video which introduces the new release and includes lots of design ideas.
More Design Ideas can be found within the shop for Hear My Voice Balancing (and take a peek at the discounts that are only good through Sunday)
