A shared journey
We are all deeply connected through our art.
This past week I chatted about Scrapbooking having ‘Super Powers’ - if you missed it read more here . . .
I touched on how I had been looking back through the hundreds and hundreds of scrapbook pages that my team and I have created over the years. I took a peek at our public gallery at the LilyPad and I stumbled upon so many pages that had been created with the ‘Hear My Voice’ branded products.
(If you don’t know, ‘Hear My Voice’ is a collaborative series of Digital Art Assets with my designer buddy
from ‘Life in Pictures’.)When we first set out to launch our ongoing series, Lynn and I had one guiding principle: we wanted to create something that would give our creative community a voice.
Each month, we begin our creative process with one word (okay and some colours too!). But one single word that serves as the theme for the entire collection.
This process is deeply personal for both of us. We take time to reflect, explore, and interpret that word in our own unique ways. The result? A kit that isn’t bound by one strict narrative, but one that can evolve and adapt to your own stories and experiences.
After looking in the public galleries it is so lovely to see how you’ve embraced this idea. We see you documenting everything from love, loss, and personal growth to those quiet, everyday moments.
Every page created becomes part of a shared journey, and it’s been a privilege to witness how deeply connected we all are through our art.
Our latest release in the series, Hear My Voice Transforming, continues this journey.

I absolutely love your hear my voice kits. I also love your hybrid work and I’m going to be doing some for Advent although I’m nowhere near as good as you. I’m all set up to print on the butcher paper. I tried it once and it worked, but I need to get prepped for Advent and will probably print some of your stuff.
